By accessing and placing an order through our store or live streams, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product prices, availability, and shipping timelines may change without notice.
2.
Rip & Ship Sales
All products are opened live unless otherwise stated. Once an item is opened or packed for shipping, the sale is final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless there is a clear error on our part
3.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate shipping and contact information. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
4.
Hold Orders
If you choose the “Hold My Order” option at checkout, your order will be held for a maximum of (21) days. After this 21 day period your order will be voided and surrendered. We will notify you 1 week prior of 21 days (after day 14) to insure you setup a shipping arrangement. Voided orders will not be eligible for refunds or replacements, it is your responsibility to notify us when you’re ready to ship orders will not be sent automatically.
5.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disappointment related to pull results, packaging conditions, or shipping issues once the product has left our hands.
6.
Disputes
Any disputes must be addressed directly with us within 48 hours of your order or live break. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in a ban from future purchases.
