Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped once a week on Mondays. If you place an order after Sunday night, it will be included in the following week’s shipment.


Shipping Method

We only offer tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.


Shipping Area

We currently only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.


Hold My Order Option

We offer the option to hold your order for up to 21 days starting from the date of your first giveaway win or first placed order, whichever comes first.

If you place additional orders or win more giveaways during the 21-day hold period, the original hold date does not reset. All items will be held together under the original 21-day window.

Before the 21 days expire, we will reach out to notify you that you have 1 week left to arrange shipping. If shipping is not paid by the end of the 21-day period, your order will be surrendered and voided, and the items will no longer be available. No refunds or replacements will be issued for voided orders.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for its location or condition. For lost or damaged packages, please contact the carrier directly. We can provide tracking and proof of shipment if needed.


Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Please be sure to pay for shipping within 21 days of winning a giveaway or placing an order as after the 21 day period your order will be surrendered and voided. No refunds or replacements will be issued for voided orders
